Manufactured in the UK with a rack a pinion drive the MediTek Stairlift will typically need service once a year. Adjusting and maintaining the Meditek stair lift requires removal of the main chassis cover. The cover should only be removed by a certified stairlift technician. The MediTek lift is no longer in production and should be checked by a repair company familiar with MediTek stairlifts.
